Question: What kind of service is this momda support ? is it the genuine non-profit service to provide help in China ? introduce a little about it ?

Answer: Momda-support is Non-profit service since 2011 and have been providing help for worldwide visitors who encounter any problems related to China(Chinese) and calling for donation for Chinese children suffering Leukemia.

This site is a personally-running public-interest project setup by my family since 2011 and the site has been online since then to Now over 10 years .

 

the official domain name is https://www.momdasupport.com , the old domain name of www.momda.com has been changed since 2017.

a little note: you could also find a specified donation-guide page link on our site which is for Charity Fund "leukemia-Fund-angels" established by China Red Cross (CRC) . the reason I pay more attention to this illness is because my local part-time job is the Purification engineer related to Hematology purification ward and personally have been getting quite a few chances to face the afflicted children ,so I have been trying to use any avaiable ways since 2011 to call for the public donation help.

During the last decade, with the help from my own family members, we have helped quite a few visitors .all help provided in our own leisure time. (The donation page for Chinese children has been migrated to this place from our original foreign-trade site after its shutting down. In the past years,as promised, we have donated all sample sales earning from our own site and ebay sample store ,including donated funds from momdasupport service to Chartiy service for Chinese children suffering Leukemia and some clients and visitors also told us they have donated to related charity services after seeing our message! That's a touching and proud feeling for ourselves all the time ! This work we will continue to carry on in the future. )

 

Question: If I need you to provide some kind of help ,then what's the cost amount I own you ?

Answer: Just submit your request through our contact-us system. You don't have to pay anything and this service is free for any REAL help-seekers with respect to China(Chinese).

Momdasupport is always Non-profit since 2011.

 

But for all visitors who have used our service, we recommend you could donate to Red Cross for Chinese children suffering Leukemia. Minimum donation amount recommended: $5.99 to $100 or more.

in the initial stage of this website,All visitors need to submit several dollars thru paypal platform ( https://www.paypal.com ) to get our support because we only accept verified paypal users' request (this method is to filter out quite a few scam messages and even maliciously joking request submitted to us), and the little amount you paid here would be donated to "leukemia-Fund-angels" fund established by China Red Cross (CRC) . But from the subsequent experiences, it seems this little procedure incurring several dollar cost still became the barriers for some real help-seekers,so I decided to simplify the procedure and remove all verification procedure since , you don't have to process any verification procedure as long as your request is real and legitimate. :)

Answer:you are always welcome as long as your request is real and legitimate and within our capacity! we can try our most to help you with Anything Trivial and Small as long as it's related to China or communicating with Chinese.
